- Personally gift-wrap your present - so that it is just the gift that you would like your friend or loved one to receive.
All hospital presents we send are gift wrapped personally by one of the owners of our family business. We check each order and we contact you urgently if we have any queries.
- Write the Greeting Card and message as if from you
- Send the parcel by registered post to either home or hospital
We send off your present immediately - though if you prefer, we can arrange to send it at a later date
- Make a charitable donation to Hope and Homes whenever you place an order with A Friend in Need.
Hope and Homes is a charity which has been working on behalf of vulnerable children in Eastern Europe and Africa for more than a decade. We support the charity’s work in caring for children who have been orphaned or abandoned as a result of war, poverty or HIV/AIDS by making a donation every time an order is placed through our website.
If the gift is sent to a hospital or a nursing home or similar institution, it will normally be delivered to a reception area. Please therefore make sure that the delivery address you give us is as precise as possible - including the name of the ward, unit, etc.
